How to identify your recipient numbers affected by DND (Do-Not-Disturb)

The recent introduction of DND (Do-Not-Disturb) has led to the incidence of FAILED messages. In this post we will be looking at how to identify the numbers affected by the DND Policy.

When messages are sent on www.kudisms.net , we receive Delivery Reports from our providers which can be found by clicking the Reports Menu and also Clicking Delivery Reports (DLR) from the drop down.

All Phone numbers with DNS-ST/1 as their Delivery Status are the ones affected by the DND policy. Messages sent to these numbers through any Bulk SMS platform will never deliver until DND is Deactivated on the line.

To make the sorting and collation of phone numbers affected by DND easier, we advise that you download and filter the Delivery Reports, click this link: http://blog.kudisms.net/how-to-check-and-download-delivery-reports/
