How to Access Numbers of Sent Messages

In this article, we will be looking at how to access the numbers of messages sent on . This makes it easier to resend messages to the same contacts another time.

The following the steps will serve as a guide:

  1. Log in to
  2. Click Reports on the menu bar
  3. Click Message History.
  4. Enter the Sender ID of the Message in the Search Bar and also adjust the Start and End date of the Calendar to reflect the date the message was sent as shown in the screen shot below.

5. When the Message is displayed, click the MESSAGE DETAILS text beside the Serial Number as shown above. This will open the Message details in a New Tab. You can then copy the numbers and resend your desired Message to them.

How to Send VoiceSMS/RoboCall and Text-To-Speech on (VIDEO)

You can send pre-recorded Voice SMS/Robocall and Text-To-Speech Message on our website. The audio messages have to be in .Mp3 or .WAV format. We bill per second.

The following steps will guide you in sending VoiceSMS/Robocall and Text-To-Speech  on our website. Please note that you will need to Upload an Audio File or Recording first before sending the message.

a.To Upload an Audio File/Recording

1. Log in to

3. Click Messaging.

4. Click Audio Recordings.

5. Click the Rectangular Box beside File under Browse Menu.

  • Note:¬†The audio messages have to be in .Mp3 or .WAV format
  • Maximum allowed audio size is 2 MB.
  • Maximum allowed audio seconds is 120 seconds.

7. Type the Name of the Audio File under List Name

8.Type a Description for the Audio File(Optional).

8. Click Save.

b.To Send a Voice SMS/Robocall

1. Log in to

2.Click Messaging.

3. Click VoiceSMS/Robocall.

How to Send Bulk SMS on (VIDEO)

See below for steps in text:

  1. Login to the website.
  2. Click MESSAGING on the Top Menu bar.
  3. Select BULK SMS
  4. Leave the DEFAULT drop-down menu on -NONE-, if you want to Type your numbers manually or Copy and paste them into the field.
  5. OR
  6. Select your RECIPIENT NUMBER Source from the drop down list.
  7. PERSONAL CONTACTS: Used when you want to send a message to your CONTACT LIST stored on the website.
  8. CONTACT GROUPS: Used when you want to send a message to your CONTACT GROUPS stored on the website.
  9. SAVED NUMBERS: Used when you want to send a message to your SAVED NUMBERS stored on the website.
  10. UPLOAD: Used when you want to send messages in numbers stored either in CSV or NOTEPAD (.txt) formats
  11. Type your SENDER ID in the Sender field.
  12. Type your MESSAGE in the message field.
  13. Click SEND as shown below.


Follow the steps above then click the Check box beside SCHEDULE, select the DATE and TIME after you have typed your message, and click SEND.
